All of our services — tours, experiences, and e-bike rentals — are available by reservation only, with advance payment (partial or full). Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you all the practical info by email or WhatsApp: meeting point, time, what’s included.
❌ Cancellation
You can cancel your booking at any time.
The refund percentage depends on how far in advance you notify us:

Up to 10 days before the experience: full refund

From 10 to 3 days before: 50% refund

Within 48 hours of the experience: no refund
In some cases, at our discretion, we may issue a voucher to be used at a later date, based on availability.
These conditions apply to:

Tours and experiences (e.g. Grillbike, Bike & Camp, etc.)

E-bike rentals
🌧️ Weather Conditions
Mountain weather can be unpredictable. Here’s how we handle it:

If conditions are genuinely dangerous (official weather alerts or our guides’ decision):
→ we’ll reschedule your experience or issue a voucher for a future date. -
If the weather is uncertain or not ideal, but still safe:
→ the experience goes ahead as planned and no refunds are provided.
