Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all our experiences require advance booking. This allows us to plan everything properly and guarantee your spot.

I've never used an e-bike — can I still join?
Absolutely! Our e-bikes are beginner-friendly, and we offer tours for all experience levels.

Can I join with my own bike?
Of course. If you prefer using your own bike, just let us know when you book.

Do you offer e-bike rentals without a tour?
Yes! You can rent an e-bike without joining a tour. Helmet and basic safety kit are always included.

 

Where do the tours start?
All tours start in Courmayeur. You’ll receive the exact meeting point and all the details via email or WhatsApp after booking.

 

What if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions are dangerous (official warnings or guide decision), we’ll reschedule the tour or issue a voucher for another date. If the weather is just “not perfect” but still safe, the tour goes ahead as planned — no refunds.

 

Can I bring my kids?
Some experiences are family-friendly. Contact us and we’ll help you find the best option for you and your little adventurers.

 

Can I customize experiences like Grillbike or Bike & Camp?
Yes! We can adjust duration, route, and other details to suit your needs. Just tell us what you have in mind.

 

How do I cancel a booking?
